  1. Eat a big breakfast relatively soon on waking. What happens if you don’t? If you load yourself cognitively or physiologically in the morning, your brain stress will encourage your body to produce insulin, which takes all the blood sugar out of your blood, and then, you are done for the day and you will be anxious. Try this the next time you are anxious; Eat something - do not eat junk food - eat something substantial. Wait ten minutes and see if you are still anxious. Try this for a couple of weeks. If the anxiety goes away, it is related to insulin and sugar levels.

  2. Take small naps constantly. Nap for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Wake up on a fairly regular schedule. The time at which you go to sleep is not important.

  4. Figure out how much you can work per day. Sustainable maximum work. How many hours? If you take naps, you might stretch that a little bit. But do not push it. You will end up paying for it in the long run.

Aim high in life - not too high that you cannot achieve the goals. Aim high and see how your hyper efficient work style works for you. Discipline yourself. How far and how hard can you work? You have to figure out yourself first.
