Why is publishing important? Why is do we need to publish at all?

Some main goals behind this approach:
- identifying gaps in our knowledge base, acknowledge and then work through the areas where your knowledge and understanding is not robust
- keeping track of what I read and learn about,
- knowledge attainment
- make connections with what I already know
- knowledge retention my making it easier to recalling ideas
My notes are a constant work in progress. They are the sole result of my (sometimes incorrect and uninformed) opinions. This is a place for me to jot down ideas and expand my understanding of them. This is a place for me to work through confusion - if I have a loose grasp of something and if I choose to understand more about it, this is how I do it.
