Tips to become a morning person
Tips to become a morning person
To help shift your sleep schedule earlier you can do a few things:
Doing all would be ideal, but even just doing one will make a difference.
There is literally no “hack” or “pro tip” that everyone is always looking for. You need to make a conscious decision EVERY evening to go to bed earlier and set an alarm early every morning. You need to force yourself with discipline, and over time it becomes routine. Changing a habit is hard work, it’s really difficult and something you will have to put effort into. But don’t let that put you off, it’s definitely possible!
And eat in the morning, after the shower. Even if it’s something small, eating something will give you energy to start your day right away, instead of being tired all morning. Spend as much energy in the morning, before noon, so when 2 PM comes, you already had a big day and by 6 PM you are exhausted. Don’t go to bed after 10 PM, never. You would be better at waking up at 5:30 than falling asleep at midnight.
